Sierra de Cazorla

Extra virgin olive oil with protected designation of origin, of a yellowish greenness, intense fruity aroma and fresh green grass (grass, hay), pleasant smell of alloza, fresh fruit flavor (apple, almond and fig) light in its bitterness and soft in its itching. This virgin olive oil from Pozo Alcón (Jaén) is a monovarietal of the picual variety. Its tasting notes are intense fruity, light bitter and medium spicy.
