Buensalud Extra virgin olive oil

Early-harvest, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil produced in Villanueva de la Reina (Jaén) using mainly Picual olives.

The olives are harvested between late September and early October, resulting in a more intense flavour profile, a higher concentration of polyphenols and greater oxidative stability.

Buensalud extra virgin olive oil bears the 'Aceite de Jaén' quality mark and has won awards at the most prestigious national and international olive oil competitions, such as Olive Japan, Athena IOOC, Flos Olei, IberOleum, London IOOC, Terra Olivo, New York IOOC, Los Angeles IOOC, Berlin GOOA and Expoliva. Furthermore, its single-variety Picual oil was a finalist in the Mario Solinas Award.
