Best olive oils from Jaén selection

The "Jaén Selección" label was created in 2003 by the delegation de Jaén with the aim of rewarding the best extra virgin olive oils of Jaén from each harvest. The selection of these oils is carried out through an annual tasting competition and according to the criteria of a jury composed of professionals from the best tasting panels in Spain.
