Extra virgin olive oil Vidueña's variety
Vidueña olive oil is obtained from green olives of the Vidueña variety that begin to lose their color and are harvested from mid-October to early November. This results in an oil with a lot of personality, fresh and fragrant, with notes of green apple, grass, alloza and tomato. It is an extra virgin olive oil with a medium green fruity flavor, very aromatic, persistent and full-bodied in the mouth. It is sweet on entry and very balanced, with a medium bitterness, slightly spicy and almondy.
