This virgin olive oil from Pozo Alcón (Jaén) is monovarietal from the picual.
This top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made exclusively from Picual olives from the Sierra de Cazorla.
It is distinguished by its aromas of olives, fresh herbs and wood, as well as its subtle flavours of apple and fig. It is an intense green colour.
The oil is extracted mechanically, preserving its quality and origin. It contains unsaturated fats, polyphenols (natural antioxidants) and vitamin E, making it a healthy choice.
It is also certified with the Sierra de Cazorla designation of origin and has the Degusta Jaén ‘Etiqueta Negra’ quality mark.
We recommend storing it away from heat and excessive light.
How to use: This oil is perfect for cooking (it tolerates high temperatures perfectly), seasoning dishes or eating raw.
