This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety. This oil is of exceptional quality because it is made from green olives harvested at the end of October and the beginning of November. What's more, the olives are hand-picked into crates so that they are not damaged by trampling, contact with the ground or anything else that might alter their quality, from the tree itself right through to the crushing process. The oil is crushed in 2 hours.
The quality of the oil is impeccable, with aromas of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass and tomato.
