Penne Rigate with organic GLUTEN-FREE brown rice is an organic brown rice-based product for people with gluten intolerance. They are low in fat and an excellent source of fibre.
Appreciated throughout the peninsula, penne rigate are characterised by their typical oblique cut, proverbial for their versatility in the kitchen thanks to the ‘design’ that allows them to better retain the sauces inside and the deep grooves that help the seasonings to adhere better.
Made using only 100% organic brown rice flour and an artisan production process characterised by slow drying at low temperature, they retain all their organoleptic properties and are perfect for preparing starters with meat-based sauces, or accompanied by vegetable-based condiments such as peppers, courgettes and artichokes.
