Organic extra virgin olive oil from the province of Trapani (Sicily), produced from a selection of the finest early-harvest Nocellara del Belice olives and certified under the Valli Trapanesi PDO. It bears the PGI Sicily mark of high quality.

The olives are harvested at peak ripeness between late October and early November, and pressing takes place within 12 hours of harvesting to preserve their aromas as much as possible and produce an extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality.

It has a bright golden colour with yellow highlights. Vibrant on the nose with floral aromas, notes of freshly cut grass, almond and delicate spice. On the palate, it has a smooth, sweet attack with an olive flavour, followed by slight bitter notes and a lingering spicy finish.

Food pairing: This extra virgin olive oil is perfect for enhancing the flavour of any Italian dish, as well as a substitute for cream. It also enhances the flavour of grilled fish, vegetables and salads, fresh cheeses and mild soups.
