Extra virgin olive oil made with Lecciana, a variety resulting from the union of Arbosana and Leccino olives.
With a unique personality, it stands out for its vigour and elegance. It is an extra virgin olive oil with intense fruitiness and great complexity due to the wide variety of vegetable aromas that are perfectly identifiable on the nose, combining ripe and green notes. Aromas such as green almonds appear, accompanied by other more mature aromas such as fruit compote and tomato. On the palate it offers a sweet entry accompanied by a subtle bitterness and a medium intensity spiciness, all perfectly balanced, resulting in a very intense and aromatic oil.
The Lecciana olive variety has a clear influence from the Mediterranean, a shallow sea that generates currents that intervene in the entire ecosystem where the gregal wind is produced. Hence the name of this unique oil. In addition, the large amount of polyphenols it contains gives this oil great stability.
