Organic extra virgin olive oil from the province of Trapani (Sicily), produced from a selection of the finest early-harvest Cerasuola olives and certified under the Valli Trapanesi PDO. It bears the PGI Sicily mark of high quality.

The olives are harvested at peak ripeness between late October and early November, and pressing takes place within 12 hours of harvesting to preserve their aromas as much as possible and produce an extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality.

It has a bright green colour with golden highlights. Vibrant on the nose with aromas reminiscent of freshly cut grass, tomato plants and fresh fruit. On the palate, an intense, balanced fruity flavour predominates, with spicy hints and notes of green tomato and a bitter almond aftertaste.

Food pairing: This extra virgin olive oil is perfect for enhancing the flavour of any Italian dish, as well as red meats, vegetable soups, salads, toast or grilled fish.
