Early-harvest, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil produced in the El Bajo Maestrazgo region (Castellón) using Morruda olives.

An exclusive and very limited production. The olives are harvested during the fourth week of October, resulting in a unique, distinctive and highly prized single-varietal oil with a distinct touch of freshness and elegance.

This extra virgin olive oil has a complex and fresh profile. It is very fruity and offers an excellent balance between sweet, bitter and spicy notes, with medium astringency. The typical aromas of the Morruda variety are reminiscent of freshly cut grass, almonds and green apples.

Food pairing: We recommend using it raw, particularly with tomatoes, tuna belly, artichokes and fresh cheeses such as burrata.

OLEOMILE is a family-run business based in the El Bajo Maestrazgo area (Castellón), with many generations of experience in olive cultivation and the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Over the years, through experience, they have acquired valuable expertise in the production of extra virgin olive oil and offer the world a product unique to their land. Their speciality is the production and sale of extra virgin olive oil of the Farga variety, sourced from thousand-year-old olive trees protected by the Valencian Community and unique in the world.

They also produce extra virgin olive oil from other ancient, indigenous varieties of the area that are unknown to the vast majority, such as Morruda, Canetera and Llumet, which surprise with their fresh contribution of flavours and aromas to the wider world of Spanish olive oil, with OLEOMILE being pioneers in this selection.
