Extra virgin olive oil produced in El Bajo Maestrazgo (Castellón) using native olives, hand-picked from 1,000- and 500-year-old olive trees that are unique in the world, and selected for their physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics.
All the olive trees are protected (they have a trunk circumference of over 3 metres), numbered and certified by a qualified official technician who guarantees the origin and production method of L'UNIC extra virgin olive oil.
