DESCRIPCTION:

Green Emerald is made from Picual olives from Jaén and is presented in a bottle that represents the emerald.

The characteristic green colour of this early harvest premium extra virgin olive oil is the result of a production process in which care is taken down to the last detail to guarantee its optimum properties.

It is characterised by its green fruity flavour, reminiscent of grass, tomato, green almond, artichoke and fig. In the mouth it is very balanced, sweet, moderately bitter and slightly spicy.

This extra virgin olive oil is recommended with pasta, grilled vegetables, eggs and potatoes, blue fish such as cod, carpaccio and tuna, salmon or seafood tatakis.
