Red Diamond is an early harvest premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Royal variety. It comes in a 500 ml bottle in the shape of an Emerald cut diamond.
The Royal olive tree grows only in the vicinity of the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas natural park. Its production represents only 5% of the world's production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and is one of the most prized varieties.
It is characterised by the fusion between its intense fruity flavour with hints of ripe fig, banana and apple, leaving a smooth taste that is not aggressive to the palate, together with a heady sweet aroma.
We recommend consuming this Extra Virgin Olive Oil with blue fish, cheese, salads, toasts, gazpacho or salmorejo, sauces such as mayonnaise or sweet pastries.
