DESCRIPCTION:

Blue Sapphire is made from organically grown Picual olives from Jaén. It is presented in a blue bottle that represents the sapphire.

The characteristic green colour of this early harvest premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a production process in which care is taken down to the last detail to guarantee its optimum properties.

Its sensory profile can be defined as very intense fruity of green olives, and very complex, with notes of fig, grass, stalk, alloza, citrus and tomato. In the mouth it is very balanced, with a sweet, moderately bitter and slightly spicy entry.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recommended to be consumed with white fish, vegetables such as cabbage, courgettes or artichokes, vegetables and in vegetable stews.
