DESCRIPCTION:

A limited edition extra virgin olive oil extracted on the first day of harvesting and made from 100% Picual olives in Ácula (Granada).

NOVO represents the beauty and youthfulness of that first day of the new harvest, one of the most exciting moments of the season. The early harvest olives have an intense green colour and contain a high concentration of chlorophyll and polyphenols, resulting in a potent extra virgin olive oil with extraordinary character and flavour.

Extra virgin olive oil with a high complexity of flavour and aroma. On the nose it has a very intense green olive fruitiness with notes of tomato, alloza, green fruits such as banana and apple, and aromatic herbs such as rosemary. An oil of medium fluidity, and persistence in the mouth of artichoke, olive leaf, nuts and an intense green nutty flavour. It is very balanced, with an exquisite complexity.

Serving suggestions: It is very versatile. It can be added to all kinds of cold meats, tomato salads, salmorejo and also in the preparation of muffin dough or shortbread.
