DESCRIPCTION:

OMED is a highly complex oil. 

Extra virgin olive oil with a very complex taste and aroma. 

On the nose, it has a medium green fruitiness, both herbaceous and fruity. On the palate, the oil is moderately fluid and persistent, with notes of artichoke, olive leaf, dried fruit and an intense taste of green walnut.

Recommended use: for all types of cold meats and tomato salads. Salmorejo. For muffin or shortbread dough.
