Extra virgin olive oil produced in the Sierra de Cazorla (Jaén) with early olives of the Picual variety harvested under the full moon in October. Cold extraction at a temperature below 25ºC and high concentration of polyphenols. Special and limited selection.
On the nose it has an intense green fruitiness with a predominance of aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato plant and green almond, culminating with a surprising reminiscence of aromatic herbs.
On the palate it has an aromatic and fresh taste. The bitterness is accompanied by a slightly more intense spiciness that provides a sensation of freshness topped by a touch of green almond that lingers over time.
Food pairing: It is an outstanding pairing with rustic bread, cured cheeses, grilled meats and tomato dishes. Its intense profile enhances flavours and adds a distinctive touch to various culinary preparations.
Recuérdame extra virgin olive oil has been awarded in many specialised competitions in more than 30 countries.
