DESCRIPCTION:

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil with D.O. Sierra de Cazorla. It is a full-bodied, yellow oil with a green shine and a medium bitterness and spiciness. It is characterized by an intense fruity taste and does not present any type of defect.

It is also common for an aroma with green notes and ripe tomato to appear.
