Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, bright green in colour, with intense fresh olive fruitiness and a great complexity of herbaceous and fruity aromas, featuring green banana, almond and green tomato. On the palate, this oil is full-bodied and structured, very expressive, sweet and slightly fiery.
A balanced, elegant oil, both on the nose and on the palate. Leaves an almond aftertaste.
