DESCRIPCTION:
Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, produced in the Finca Vista Alegre (Jaén - Spain).
Represented by the key diurnal pollinator bee for agriculture and food all over the world. A biological indicator of the health of our olive groves. Climate change and the use of pesticides and insecticides are putting them in danger of extinction.
Fruity oil with green herbaceous notes and fruity notes such as banana and apple peel. In the mouth it is balanced with a marked green and fresh profile as well as a slight bitterness and ardency.
Recommended uses:
- Meat, in all types of dishes and preparations.
- Fish and seafood, both raw and in the preparation of various sauces.
- Pasta and pizza, in the preparation and seasoning of various dishes.
- Semi-hard cheeses (fouda, porto salute, etc.) and hard cheeses (parmesan, pecorino, etc.).
- Desserts, with semi-melted chocolate ice cream with salt flakes.
