Extra virgin olive oil with a strong, highly aromatic character. 

On the nose, it has green notes, with a predominance of freshly cut grass, tomato, green olive, green banana peel and green apple. 

On the palate, the green notes remain, along with a bitterness and ardour of medium-high intensity.
