Delicate, bright green oil with intense, herbaceous and fruity aromas. Mild aromas of green apple, banana and green almond. Balanced bitterness and ardour. On the palate, it is a reminder of the complexity of the scent and its persistence over time.

Surprising in its intense fruitiness that culminates in sweet aromas, wild and aromatic herbs, paying homage to the native plants that coexist with this natural low mountain olive grove.
