This coffee is grown on small plantations at an altitude of over 1,200 metres on the plateaus of Colombia, in the regions of Antioquia and Medellín. Its light, rounded body will pair perfectly with your dairy and fruit-based desserts. Colombia, like all production areas situated on the equator, has two harvests a year: the main one, from October to February, and the secondary one, in May and June. This characteristic allows it to export its production throughout the year.
The Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) guarantees an exceptional coffee, whose quality, reputation and the expertise associated with its production methods are closely linked to its geographical origin. Vacuum packaging effectively preserves all the flavour qualities.
