Extra virgin olive oil produced in the province of Jaén with olives of the Royal variety and protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Sierra de Cazorla.
The Royal variety is native to the olive groves of the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. CUAC Royal is one of the very few extra virgin olive oils of this variety in the world with a protected designation of origin.
CUAC Royal is a premium extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction with a fresh and elegant fruitiness. On the nose it gives us soft notes with aromas of apple and fig. On the palate it has a sweet entry, followed by a slight bitterness and mild spiciness that mark its personality.
CUAC extra virgin olive oil has been awarded in prestigious specialised competitions such as Olive Japan or Evooleum Awards.
