Extra virgin olive oil made in Íllora (Granada) with the Picual and Lucio varieties (a local variety typical of the area) during the first days of harvesting.
Intense fruity oil of green olives and of great olfactory complexity, highlighting the green tones of grass, tomato, almond, green apple and aromatic herbs such as mint. The palate has a smooth entry, perceiving all the olfactory notes. The bitterness is mild and the spiciness is high intensity.
Recommendations for use: It is ideal for use raw in salads and toasts, as well as to enhance the flavour of grilled meats.
