BIKURIM Sierra las Villas Extra virgin olive oil
Premium extra virgin olive oil from an early harvest, cold-pressed in Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén) using Picual olives.
The olives are harvested in early November, when they reach their optimum stage of ripeness (veraison) and the fruit changes colour from green to purple. At this stage, the fruit yields its best juice, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, with intense aromatic notes and an elegant, balanced sensory profile.
BIKURIM has received national and international recognition in some of the sector’s most prestigious competitions, such as IberOleum, London IOOC, Athena IOOC and Evooleum.
