Organic extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) with olives of the Frantoio variety.
On the nose it has an intense aroma of green olive, grass, olive leaf and tomato, while on the fruity side it reminds of green apple, banana and green almond. It has a very sweet, fluid and light entry, followed by a medium spiciness and bitterness that are extremely balanced. It is an exceptional oil as a whole, which stands out for its high persistence and strong personality.
Food pairing: It is an ideal oil to consume raw, especially in pasta, pizza, risottos and potatoes, as well as for dressing salads with tomato. It also enhances cheeses, cold meats and recipes for steamed white fish or marinated blue fish.
Valdenvero Frantoio has received multiple awards and recognitions in recent years. In 2024 it received international awards in BIOL, Ecotrama and Monocultivar Olive Oil.

The Colival Cooperative began in 1970, with a small group of farmers who decided to mill their olives on their own, directly managing their olive and oil production under the cooperative system. The decision was taken to acquire the land of the Agricultural Chamber, where the facilities were built: a milling room with presses, a decanting well, a small cellar, a boiler room, an atroje to store the olives and a small weighing machine.
Colival began with just a few members, but today it has around 900 members who have made the mill a benchmark in the sector. The Sociedad Cooperativa Olivarera de Valdepeñas, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020, has become the economic engine of Valdepeñas, a town of 30,000 inhabitants. With a turnover of over 9 million euros, Valdepeñas is home to the annual production of more than three million kilos of oil.
In 2020, Colival was awarded the prize for the Best Olive Oil Mill in Spain and in recent years it has also won a multitude of prizes and awards in national and international specialised competitions with its premium extra virgin olive oil Valdenvero.
