Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) with olives of the Hojiblanca variety.
On the nose, aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke and aromatic plants are perceived. On the palate it has a sweet entry, followed by a slightly bitter and spicy finish, making it an extra virgin olive oil with great personality.
Food pairing: It is a very versatile oil that can be incorporated into a multitude of dishes. It stands out especially with blue fish, in recipes with salmon or tuna as protagonists. It is also ideal for dressing carpaccios.
Valdenvero Hojiblanco has received many awards and recognitions in recent years. In 2025 it has been included in the prestigious Evooleum Top10, which brings together the 10 best extra virgin olive oils in the world.

The Colival Cooperative began in 1970, with a small group of farmers who decided to mill their olives on their own, directly managing their olive and oil production under the cooperative system. The decision was taken to acquire the land of the Agricultural Chamber, where the facilities were built: a milling room with presses, a decanting well, a small cellar, a boiler room, an atroje to store the olives and a small weighing machine.
Colival began with just a few members, but today it has around 900 members who have made the mill a benchmark in the sector. The Sociedad Cooperativa Olivarera de Valdepeñas, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2020, has become the economic engine of Valdepeñas, a town of 30,000 inhabitants. With a turnover of over 9 million euros, Valdepeñas is home to the annual production of more than three million kilos of oil.
In 2020, Colival was awarded the prize for the Best Olive Oil Mill in Spain and in recent years it has also won a multitude of prizes and awards in national and international specialised competitions with its premium extra virgin olive oil Valdenvero.
