Olmeda Orígenes Manzanilla olives are produced in the warm olive groves of Cordoba, a land with a great tradition in the production of these products. They are made in a simple way, adding water, sea salt and aromatic herbs to enhance their flavour.
Manzanilla is the ‘queen’ of Spanish green olives: it's found in all traditional Spanish dishes, in fresh salads or as an accompaniment to a good glass of wine.
Manzanilla olives are fleshy, medium-sized, pitted and unstoned. Including these olive variants in your diet brings many health benefits, such as tons of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, vitamin E, high oleic acid content, cancer treatment and prevention, and reduced risk of diabetes and obesity.
