The Olmeda Orígenes Cuquillo olive is another gastronomic heritage to share with the rest of the world. Originating in the sunny olive groves of southern Spain, these olives will impress you with their intense flavour and beautiful black colour.
The Cuquillo variety is a late variety, small in size and naturally dark in colour. They make an ideal aperitif to enjoy with a glass, or can be included in salads to give them a pleasant, distinctive bitter taste that's hard to forget.
