Natural olive of the Gordal de Sevilla variety with Basque piparra and chilli infusion fermented in a traditional Sevillian dressing for 3 months. Pasteurised product.
The Gordal variety, originally from Seville, is highly appreciated for its flavour and size. Its oil content is low, which is why it is mainly destined for the table. It is a fleshy and very juicy olive, which stands out for its crunchy texture.
