Early-harvest extra virgin olive oil produced in Valdepeñas de Jaén (Jaén) from Picual olives. Cold-pressed at less than 27°C by centrifuging the olive paste using only mechanical processes.
These extra virgin olive oils are produced in Valdepeñas de Jaén, a town where the olive-growing tradition is an integral part of life and the landscape. They come exclusively from selected estates, situated in a privileged setting that gives the fruit unrivalled character and quality.
Thanks to early harvesting and cold extraction, they retain a higher concentration of polyphenols and natural antioxidants, which are responsible for their intense green colour, fresh aroma and health benefits.
On the nose, there is an intense green fruitiness with aromas of fresh grass, green olives, olive leaves, almonds and tomatoes, as well as notes of apple and artichoke. On the palate, they offer a perfect balance between bitterness and pungency of medium intensity.
Food pairing: These extra virgin olive oils enhance a wide variety of dishes when used raw, such as toast, salads, grilled vegetables, cheese, meat or fish. When used in cooking, they add complexity to light stews, pulses or vegetable soups, and also bring a lot of character to sauces such as aioli or dishes such as salmorejo.
The quality of Oleopeñas Selection Early Harvest has been recognised nationally and internationally at leading specialist competitions, such as the Athena International Olive Oil Competition 2026, the Japan Olive Oil Prize 2026, Jaén Selección and Expoliva. Meanwhile, Oleopeñas Organic Early Harvest has been awarded the Platinum Medal and the Global Olive Oil Star distinction at the London International Olive Oil Competitions 2026.
Both glass bottles come in a colourful and elegant case, making them the perfect choice for a gift.

The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza San Isidro, located near the town of Valdepeñas de Jaén, was founded in 1958 by 26 farmers.
The cooperative currently has around 1,500 members, mainly from the town of Valdepeñas de Jaén, although some also come from the towns of Martos, Jaén, Fuensanta de Martos, Los Villares and Castillo de Locubín.
The cooperative’s main activity is the production of extra virgin olive oil, with an average production of around 6,000 tonnes of olives, from which approximately 1,400 tonnes of oil are obtained.
The cooperative has a milling capacity of 350,000 kilos and a storage capacity in its own cellars of 2,200 tonnes of oil. It boasts modern facilities dating from 1998, when the cooperative moved from the old oil mill located in the centre of Valdepeñas de Jaén.
In addition, it offers its members a wide range of services, such as oil milling and production, the sale of warehouse products, diesel fuel pumps and a credit facility.
