It is characterised by its elegance and medium-intensity fruitiness, combining green leaves and grass.

The aroma of tomato and artichoke come through particularly well on the nose.

With its harmonious, slightly spicy flavour, it's ideal for making a wonderful Andalusian gazpacho or a white garlic sauce, or with grilled vegetables.
