On the nose, there is an intense fruitiness of green olives with green notes of apple, olive leaf and fresh grass. On the palate, it has a sweet attack, followed by an intense spiciness and a slight bitterness.
Serving suggestions: It is best enjoyed raw to fully appreciate its powerful aroma of freshly cut grass and its balanced flavour of green apple, tomato, almond and banana. Taste it in green leaf salads with tomato, on toast, with grilled artichokes or asparagus, with grilled red meat, fresh cheeses, salmorejo or gazpacho.
