It is a full-bodied, bold, intense and charmingly bitter oil with a strong character.

Recommended uses: It enhances the flavor of fried food, especially potatoes, and is an excellent base for fried onion and tomato bases, stews and hotpots. It can also be enjoyed to the fullest on a slice of toast.
