The nose reveals intense fruitiness with aromas reminiscent of tomato, artichoke, almond, fig tree and olive leaf. On the palate it is very balanced with a medium intensity bitterness predominates, accompanied by spicy nuances that are very characteristic of the Picual variety.
Recommendations for use: This is a very versatile extra virgin olive oil, ideal for consuming raw on toast, in salads, carpaccios, pasta and rice dishes, as well as for frying, sautéing or long-cooking stews.
