Hand-harvested, with a thorough selection of the best bunches both in the field and upon reception. The winemaking process is 'personalised', with minimal intervention and sensitive to the unique characteristics of this vineyard. Aged for 20 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels.
A delicate aroma of small series is combined with a pleasant and almost refreshing sensation of orange peel. This wine has a subtle persistence, backed by hints of cocoa and graphite. Absolutely attractive, it has great ageing potential.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany bluefin tuna. It is recommended to decant and serve immediately at 15-17ºC.
