Organic sauce made at harvest time with natural peeled tomatoes of the Pera and Passata variety or organic tomato puree.
This is an organically grown tomato with more than 20 years of history. The tomatoes are processed quickly after harvesting and the only preservation system is the pasteurisation of the glass jars, just as it was done in the old days. In this way, the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics are preserved with high quality.
Few flavours bring back memories of childhood summers as vividly as that of tomatoes. Mariangela Prunotto's tomato sauce achieves this in a masterly way.
