DESCRIPCTION:
Extra Virgin Oligve Oil from Torres de Albanchez, certified by the DO Sierra de Segura. This oil is produced by Potosí 10, S.A. under the Fuenroble brand. It is made from 100% Picual variety olives. Its taste is well-balanced, with a slight spiciness and bitterness, and an aftertaste reminiscent of alloza.
In terms of aroma, it has notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass, green apple and green almond. The olive oil from this region is unique due to the special conditions in the area, which has led to it being differentiated from the rest of Jaén and Spain, and recognised by the Sierra de Segura Designation Board. Fuenroble is an award-winning oil, recognised for its high quality and meeting the requirements of the Sierra de Segura designation.
