Extra virgin olive oil from Avinyonet del Penedès (Barcelona) single variety of arbequina olives, with acidity below 0.1º.

Uses: It is recommended to be consumed raw. Ideal for flavoring any salad, especially those made with green leaves (arugula, watercress, lamb's lettuce, etc), bread with tomato, soft or cured cheeses.
