Extra virgin olive oil from Tabernas (Almeria), made from the Arbequina olive variety.
This oil is an intense golden colour with green, filtered highlights.
The nose is very fruity, with aromas of fresh almonds and less intense, medium-ripe fruit, all in all harmonious.
On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with almost no bitterness and a slightly more pronounced ardour. It leaves a very persistent, long-lasting but pleasant vegetal sensation on the palate.
Recommended for desserts, oranges in oil, sauces, fish and seafood, always used raw or at low temperature for greater organoleptic pleasure.
