Extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety produced in Jaén.

It is made with olives harvested at their optimum point of ripeness, resulting in an oil of great stability, subtle aroma, balanced flavour and highly healthy qualities.

It is a very versatile oil, which is why it is recommended for use both raw and in stews and fried foods.
