Visual: Intense green fruity profile.

Mouth: Spicy, with noticeable sweet and bitter notes and a perceptible astringency. 

Nose: Secondary aromas of a vegetable type, with connotations of cut grass, leaves, and garden plants (tomato, artichoke), as well as notes of almonds, characteristic of the Arbequina variety.

The whole is powerful and very tasteful.
