High-quality extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety produced in Jaén. Quality guaranteed and certified by the Regulatory Council of the Protected Geographical Indication ‘Aceite de Jaén’.
Yellowish-green in colour, it has a pleasant, fresh aroma of grass and olives on the nose. It is balanced on the palate, with medium intensity bitterness and pungency.
As it is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, it is the most stable at high temperatures and therefore resistant to frying.
This format is especially intended for consumption at home, in restaurants, hotels, etc.

SCA l’Incarnation is a cooperative made up of more than 2000 members. Located in the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park, it is one of the most important oil cooperatives of Sierra de Cazorla and one of the 3 largest olive oil factories in the world, as well as technologically more advanced in terms of production systems and processes, traceability and quality.
The cooperative oils have excellent organoleptic properties and are certified approved by the Regulatory Council Designation of Origin “Sierra de Cazorla”. Oils very rich in natural antioxidants, polyphenols, which help prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer. An oil with special and unique characteristics due to its geographical location.
