Contains 3 bottles of 500 ml. of extra virgin olive oil from Íllora (Granada) of early harvest and cold extraction of the Arbequina, Lucio and Picual varieties.
Castillo de Íllora Arbequina: On the nose it is a fresh and delicate oil, with a light fruitiness very characteristic of this variety and notes of intense green fruit, tomato, banana and apple. In the mouth it is sweet, although the bitterness and spiciness can also be appreciated in medium intensity.
Castillo de Íllora Lucio: Intense green colour and intense fruity green olive oil, with hints of grass and tomato. Fresh flavour, with very light bitter touches, not very spicy and very balanced.
Castillo de Íllora Picual: Oil with a greenish-gold colour and intense green olive fruitiness, highlighting the green tones of grass, tomato and almond. Medium ripe fruity flavour, very light bitter and spicy of medium intensity.
