DESCRIPCTION:

This blend of extra virgin olive oils is distinguished by its intense and complex fruity flavour, combining green and ripe fruit. There are notes of apple, banana and citrus, as well as aloza and tomato. The aroma is characterised by aromatic herbs and wild flowers. 

The texture of this olive oil is sweet, bitter and spicy, yet perfectly balanced. On the palate, impressions of banana and green tomato reappear at the end. Overall, this is a complex and harmonious olive oil. 

This harmonious blend is made up of equal parts of two olive varieties, Picual and Arbequina, for a balanced result in terms of ardour and bitterness. It has a medium intensity and good complexity.
