In early 1997, a family group with a long tradition in olive growing, and over 75 years' experience in the sector, conceived an ambitious industrial project that would enable it to combine its olive production with the elaboration, packaging and marketing of its oils.

Relying on the guarantee issued by the Sierra de Segura Designation of Origin Regulatory Council, operating in the production area, POTOSI 10, S.A. inaugurated its almazara-envasadora in December 1998, located in the heart of the Sierra de Segura and the Natural Park of the same name.
