DESCRIPCTION:

Premium quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained directly from the olives using only mechanical processes. 

This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Jaén is a single variety of the Picual variety.

Melgarejo's innovative character also includes the search for processes that are the most respectful of the earth and the natural environment. The result is this fantastic ecological Picual oil.

It is characterised by a mild base in which the positive bitter and spicy attributes are very well balanced and subdued. The aftertaste is long. Very fresh and pleasant on the palate.

With an intense fruity aroma of green olives and hints of tomato, apple, banana, alloza and freshly cut grass.

Serve with: Salads, dairy products, desserts, potatoes.
