DESCRIPCTION:

Superior quality olive oil obtained directly from the olives using only mechanical processes.
Composición is synonymous with patience and the meticulous care that goes into the work in the olive groves of Jaén.

This extra virgin olive oil from Jaén is a Coupage of the Picual, Frantoio, Hojiblanca and Arbequina varieties that give rise to this exquisite oil, the result of which is a complex composition in which these four varieties are combined with a masterly balance of smell and taste.

The fruitiness of this speciality is due to the intensity of the green olive and its aromas of tomato, apple, banana peel, alloza, freshly cut grass and artichoke.

In the mouth, a sweet base coexists with a light touch of bitterness and a delicate ardour: an elegant, balanced and complex combination that envelops the entire palate.

To accompany: White-fleshed fish, seafood pasta salads and soft cheeses, salads, fish and dairy products.
